Policy

To continue providing the best service to all our clients we charge cancellation fees for all appointments cancelled with less than four hours’ notice and all no-shows. We believe it is unfair to our loyal clients, when we must turn them away due to the unavailability of appointments. The cancellation fee is equal to the cost of the service booked, with the exception of brazilian and keratin treatments, for which a 50% deposit is taken and forfeited in the event of cancellation. Please note a twenty four hour notice is required for cancellation of brazilian and keratin treatments. If you cancel ANY appointment within four hours (twenty four hours for brazilian and keratins) of the original start time you will be charged the cancellation fee. We understand that things come up, and even the most loyal clients may need a last minute cancellation. We encourage you to always cancel an appointment rather than no-show, no matter how late it is – we will always try to fill cancellations, so as not to charge the fee. We hope you understand. Please note gift certificates, in salon and online purchases, including product and merchandise, are non-refundable. Series purchases are discount bulk services and are not refundable in whole or in part and are not redeemable for retail or other products other than the service for which the series was purchased.
